At Hope & Ivy, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the garments are unworn and tags remain attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Hope & Ivy tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
